Algorithms of Our Own
Community Research Presentations & Open Call for Data Donations, Model Retraining and Critical Making
Join us as we co-create algorithmic futures with AI artists, researchers, designers, and those new to technology.
Algorithms of Our Own is a series of virtual events hosted by Feminist AI™ that create space for people to come together as a community to share their research and questions around the social implications of technology. These events are free and open to all. Whether you have technical experience in AI, or are just interested in learning or talking about challenges in technology, you are welcome!
Our goal is for participants to become co-creators, data contributors and responders to the presented projects, providing thoughtful, technical, or inspirational feedback. Participants may also have the opportunity to contribute data or suggestions that may be used and implemented in future projects. Events will take place virtually over Zoom.
